Plot:
Christophe is a young Parisian jockey who is steeped in ambition and illusions. When he fails a drugs test at a race meeting, he is dismissed and decides to make a fresh start in Macao. His move to the Far East proves to be extremely fruitful. A series of wins brings him plenty of easy money and makes him a magnet for the opposite sex. But Macao has its own rules and Christophe is naïve enough to think he can flout these as easily as those of his own country. How wrong he is…
